Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Selexts (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Selexts is an AI-native media culling and approval platform that enables teams to cull, review, and approve media assets. The Service includes media upload, storage, streaming, review workflows, and package delivery.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls
• Use the Service for automated scraping or data mining
• Interfere with service operations or other users
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code

To report illegal or abusive content, contact privacy@selexts.com with the relevant production or take link and a short description of the concern.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selexts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. You may terminate at any time by requesting account deletion through the product (Settings → Account) or by contacting us.

Upon finalized account deletion, we remove your account identity, scrub profile identifiers, revoke pending invites, and delete your workspace memberships. Shared workspace media and other workspace-owned content are not automatically purged by account deletion and remain under the control of remaining workspace members until deleted or the workspace is removed. Soft-deleted content is hard-purged after the product grace period (default 30 days). Operational logs follow separate schedules described in our Privacy Policy. Do not rely on a single blanket retention window for all data categories.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
